I have to say, I am very pleased with this backpack, not to mention the pack made it to me in 3 days, with a holiday in there to boot! I emailed Battle Lake twice and received prompt and courteous replies each time. I am so happy to have found a company that makes quality, fairly priced, American made products! I expect this Standard Day Pack to last me a long time. I will definitely be back!
