I purchased a Ballistics Nylon Briefcase last year and wanted to wait until I saw how it held up under the fairly heavy use I give it. The results are in: it is wonderful and a vast improvement in quality, design, and workmanship over my last briefcase (from a company once known for sailing gear). The sole complaint I can come up with is that it would be nicer if the shoulder pad was leather instead of somewhat harder plastic, but this would be icing on the cake. I needed a wide opening, clamshell-style case and many companies now only supply laptop cases that do not open wide enough to use as a portable workstation. This case meets all my needs, the compartments are well organized and don't spill their contents when I open it. I'm not gentle with it at all and it looks like it has many years left in it. Highly recommended.
