I purchased this case in green, and it's very nicely sewn and fits my 10/22 perfectly. It has a handy little pocket for tools or magazines. However, aside from the thick outer fabric and velvety liner, there is no padding. Especially with a scope I'm a bit worried about accidental knocks and bumps. In the future I'd go with the deluxe model instead.
