I've had this bag for about a month and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm practically living out of the thing. These bags are super nice. Materials are top notch. And these bags are huge. I purchased the medium, and I was not expecting the bag to be as big as it is. This would be most brands large size bag. Turnaround was a little slow, but Customer service was great and explained the issue (which wasn't the companies fault) and gave me a couple alternatives, which I appreciated. I will be buying more items from Battle Lake in the future.
