Shoulder Fanny Review: I first found Battle Lake Outdoors while searching the internet in 2005. I was looking for a small multi use bag or pack that I could wear on my waist or carry over my shoulder. I am diabetic and need to carry a test meter, test strips, log book, insulin and snacks which I may need while out. I use my Shoulder Fanny whenever I leave the house. My Shoulder Fanny has been all over with me. From short day trips or biking around home to vacation cruises. I cannot say enough the high quality of my bag. With over two years of daily usage, it still looks new. I also have ordered and use the Horizon Shoulder Bag, Micro Fanny Pack and most recently the Ottertail Fanny. All are excellent quality and workmanship and and made to last. I have recommended Battle Lake to family and friends who are very satisfied with their packs.
